We are closely following the latest news about the COVID-19 pandemic, just like you, and have taken several measures to serve you in the safest possible way. Here's what we're doing and what hasn't changed about our commitment to you:

The vast majority of Neyssa employees work remotely.
We continue to ship worldwide and orders are currently experiencing some delays depending on the region (Grand Est and some districts of Ile de France). Due to a slowdown in postal services, customers should expect small delays.

Nevertheless, anticipate strongly by ordering now your Ramadan or Eid outfits as our stocks are rapidly diminishing.



How we are helping to fight the spread of the Virus:



Fortunately, Neyssa doesn't have any stores to close. We take care of our employees by following the precautions taken by the LRA, the World Health Organization and our government. All of our employees who can work from home do so.



Our warehouses are restocked regularly with barrier gestures:

Fortunately for our community, our logistics platform remains open for order picking. The vast majority of our employees telework from home; if they feel bad, they are instructed not to come to work. In addition, our worktops are several meters apart and are dedicated to a single delivery agent to reduce the risk of exposure.

 
Our shipping services are up to the occasion:


Up to now, the Post Office services ensure the dispatch of your parcels. However, depending on the regions where the Clusters persist, the post office experiences small delivery delays but continues to operate worldwide. We will keep you informed of any updates from our carriers.
