These terms and conditions of sale are concluded, on the one hand, by the company NEYSSA-SHOP (SARL SAFYIA), whose registered office is located at 11 Avenue de la Paix Amiens, registered in the Trade and Companies Register under number SIREN 819059023 RCS Amiens, hereinafter referred to as NEYSSA-SHOP, and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website neyssa-shop.com, hereinafter referred to as “the buyer.”

1. Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between NEYSSA-SHOP and the buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the neyssa-shop.com online store, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.
The purchase of a product or service via this website implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these terms and conditions of sale.
These conditions prevail over any other general or special conditions not expressly approved by NEYSSA-SHOP.
NEYSSA-SHOP reserves the right to amend its terms and conditions of sale at any time. In such cases, the applicable conditions will be those in effect at the date of the order placed by the buyer.
Product and service characteristics: The products and services offered are those listed in the catalog published on NEYSSA-SHOP.COM.
2. Prices
The prices listed in the catalog are in euros, VAT included, and reflect the applicable VAT rate on the date of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may affect the price of the products or services. NEYSSA-SHOP.COM reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
Prices do not include order processing, shipping, and delivery costs.
3. Orders
The buyer who wishes to purchase a product must:

complete the identification form, providing all requested details, or provide their customer number if they have one;

validate the order after checking it;

make the payment under the specified conditions;

confirm the order and payment.
Order confirmation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgment of full knowledge thereof, and waiver of the right to rely on one’s own purchasing conditions or other conditions.
All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be deemed equivalent to a signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
The seller will confirm the recorded order by email.
Please note: For any order delivered outside the European Union, customs duties and/or import taxes may be applied upon arrival in your country. These fees, set by local customs authorities, are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the regulations in force in each country. Please check with your customs office for more information before confirming your order.
4. Refunds / Credits
Non-professional buyers (private individuals) have 14 days from receipt of their order to return items.
Returns must be made at the customer’s expense via La Poste "Colissimo" (postal parcel service). Returns via Mondial Relay are not accepted. With your return, please specify whether you request a refund or a store credit. The store does not offer exchanges.
If all conditions are met, the seller undertakes to refund the buyer the total amount of the returned items (excluding shipping fees) within 30 days of the request and subject to receipt of the returned product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For partial returns, only the returned items will be refunded.
Refunds are issued in the form of store credit or cash refund if requested in writing with the return. Refunds for orders paid by check or bank transfer are not possible.
If no request is specified, a refund will be automatically issued.
Reminder: Returns must be made exclusively via La Poste parcels, without signature and without registered mail, to the following address:

Products must be returned in their original complete packaging, carefully folded, unworn, unwashed, and intact.
NEYSSA-SHOP.COM will refuse any return of damaged, worn, washed, or non-compliant products.
5. Terms of Payment
Payment is due upon order.
The payment methods currently accepted by NEYSSA-SHOP are Amazon Pay, Amazon Credit Card, and Credit Card. (Our PayPal service is currently under maintenance.)
We do not store our customers’ bank card data after payment.
6. PayPal Presentation
Payments will be made through the secure PAYPAL system.
The customer may pay in two ways:

If the customer has a PayPal account, they simply log in with their credentials and follow the instructions.

If the customer does not have a PayPal account, they can pay with their credit card (Carte Bleue, Mastercard, Visa).

7. Delivery
NEYSSA-SHOP is in no way responsible for losses or damages of parcels shipped without signature. Any lost parcel shipped without signature cannot give rise to compensation or replacement. No claim, refund, or reshipment will be accepted.
NEYSSA-SHOP.COM undertakes to dispatch parcels from its premises within 72 hours. Our standard order preparation times are 24 to 48 working hours.*
Please note that during summer holidays, La Poste does not provide Saturday road transport due to government restrictions.
Delivery times are indicated in working days and apply once the order has been confirmed.
A delivery delay cannot give rise to compensation or penalties of any kind. Please notify us of any delivery delay exceeding ten days so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Investigations may take from one to four weeks, depending on the carrier. If the parcel is found during the investigation period, it will be immediately forwarded to your delivery address. During this period, no refund, credit, or replacement shipment can be made.
By express agreement, a case of force majeure preventing delivery shall not be attributable to NEYSSA-SHOP.COM.
Cases legally considered as force majeure or exceptional events include lock-outs, strikes, total or partial work stoppages at NEYSSA-SHOP.COM or its suppliers or service providers, epidemics, wars, requisitions, fires, floods, transport interruptions or delays, and legal or administrative measures preventing, restricting, delaying, or prohibiting the manufacture or importation of goods, etc. In such cases, the seller is released from all delivery responsibilities.
The seller will keep the buyer informed in due course of such cases and events. In all cases, timely delivery can only occur if the buyer is up to date with their obligations to the seller.
*Preparation times may be extended during peak periods (such as Black Friday, Ramadan, or annual sales).
8. Liability
In the online sales process, the seller is bound only by an obligation of means; its liability cannot be engaged for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet, such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruptions, or other involuntary problems.
No claim can give rise to compensation or penalties of any kind.
9. Intellectual Property
All elements of the NEYSSA-SHOP.COM website remain the intellectual and exclusive property of NEYSSA-SHOP.COM.
No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, any element of the site, whether software, visual, or audio.
Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without written permission from NEYSSA-SHOP.COM.
10. Personal Data
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, personal data relating to buyers may be subject to automated processing.
