Conditions of return
Modality of return of the parcel:
Returns are free and at the customer's expense.
Shipping costs are not refundable.

Refunds or credits, no exchanges
Neyssa shop accepts returns, so a refund or a credit can be made except for shipping costs.
We do not proceed to exchanges.
If you wish to make an exchange, order your item online as soon as possible, then ask for a refund of the item that does not fit.
The processing of your return, and your refund will be done automatically within 15 days.
Please keep your tracking number while waiting for your return to be processed.
Conditions of return to respect:
- The articles will be sent back by the customer via the post office at his expenses under 14 days wrought, in parcel without signature.
- Any non-conforming shipment will not be processed or claimed by the return service (e.g.: tracked letter / drop-off at a relay point)
- The items must be returned in their individual packaging, unworn, unused, undamaged and unwashed.
- If these conditions are not met, the customer will not be able to benefit from a refund or a credit note in case of non-conforming return.
- The products must be returned in their original packaging, you must mention the desire to be reimbursed or to benefit from a credit note on your invoice (circle the returned items) or mention them on a blank sheet of paper.
- Simply put the clothes back in their bag and close it securely with a wide adhesive tape.
- In your post office, opt for a simple colissimo shipment WITHOUT registered mail. This will facilitate the delivery.
